Daniel Vertachnik
Chief Executive Officer
Dan Vertachnik is an experienced C-level leader with expertise in driving business growth strategy, customer relationship initiatives, and operations for multiple enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Twenty20, Mr. Vertachnik served as chief operating officer of IQMS, which was acquired by Dassault Systems, and chief sales officer of BluJay Solutions. Over the last 10+ years, he has been responsible for building and growing independent businesses like RedPrairie, RMI, and MercuryGate. Mr. Vertachnik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Duquesne University.

Doug Surrett
Chief Commercial Officer
Doug began his career in 1989, working in operations for UPS. Over the course of his career, he has held various senior management and executive positions in Professional Services, Product Management, R&D, Sales, and M&A for companies such as RedPrairie (JDA), MercuryGate, and BluJay Solutions. Doug also founded and led a supply chain technology consulting business for 5 years. Prior to joining Twenty20, he led Strategy and M&A as Chief Strategy Officer for BluJay, until BluJay’s acquisition by E2Open in September 2021. Doug currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Twenty20 Solutions. Mr. Surrett earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Maranatha Baptist University.

Duncan Riley
Chief Operating Officer
Duncan Riley has nearly 30 years of domestic and international experience in the oilfield services industry, having held staff, operational and executive roles with Western Geophysical, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, WesternGeco, and Global Geophysical. International assignments include postings in Argentina, Gabon, Mexico, Nigeria, Trinidad, and Venezuela. Mr. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines with minors in Geology and Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Rice University.

Brett Lofton
Chief Product Officer
Brett Lofton is responsible for driving Twenty20 Solution’s products organization and setting product and go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings. Prior to joining Twenty20, Mr. Lofton was the founder and managing partner of Skyhawk where he spent 12 years growing the company into a leading regional provider of technology-based solutions in both the security and managed services spaces. Earlier in his career, he worked in Deloitte’s ERS group advising organizations on risk strategies. Mr. Lofton earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at LSU.

Luis Lobo Borobia
Vice President of Research and Development
Since joining Twenty20 Solutions in 2013, Mr. Borobia has been involved in developing the initial Twenty20 platform and re-engineering the current AI-enabled IoT platform to deliver market-leading smart security, access control, automation, and business iIntelligence software solutions and services. Prior to that, he worked for over 12 years designing and implementing Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Records Management and Workflow solutions with Groupo LPA (LATAM) for both public and private organizations in the United States, Spain, the Caribbean, and South America. Mr. Borobia was the co-founder and CTO of FictionCity Social Network, a business engaged in connecting artists with producers and entertainment companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Hobby is a founding partner of Genesis Park. He has sourced, structured and led a number of successful investments, significant among them are ColumbineJDS and Alpheus Communications.
Paul Hobby
Mr. Vere Nicoll is President of Cornerstone Holdings, a single-family office, and has been involved in the venture capital and private equity business for 30 years, both as an investor and as CEO of venture-backed and public companies.
Neville Vere Nicoll
Mr. Shaper is a founding partner with Genesis Park and has a long track record of growing and building businesses within the energy, telecommunications and financial services markets. Most notably, Mr. Shaper was the CEO of CapRock Communications and grew the company from $30 million in revenue in 2002 to $600 million in revenue in 2011.
Peter Shaper
Mr. Smith is a Board Member and Senior Adviser for Technology and Innovation at Catapult Health, which is committed to driving the future of preventive care. He is also the Managing Partner at QuantumIOT. Previously, he was the Chief Technology and Strategy Officer and Board Member at Numerex, a leader in IOT.
Jeff Smith
Mr. Spytek has more than 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial leadership and international business. Most recently, he served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for ITC Global.
Joe Spytek
Mr. White is the founder of PetroCloud (now Twenty20 Solutions). For more than 25 years, he has worked at the intersection of technology and energy, serving in leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, Patagon and Western Atlas/Baker Hughes.
Lance White
Mr. Vertachnik is Chief Executive Officer of Twenty20 Solutions. He held C-level roles with multiple enterprise software companies leading business growth strategy, customer relationship initiatives and operations.
